Regulation Summary:
Zero tolerance for laneway parking. Vehicles parked with tires on curb foundation are acceptable provided that the vehicle is parked parallel to the traveled portion of the road. No vehicle should protrude over the limits of curb foundation.
Policy:
No person shall park a motor vehicle in a public laneway.
Enforcement Procedure:
1) Confirm Municipal Address and signage.
2) Inspect vehicle for any activities.
3) None activities- issue tag for violation.
4) Take photos and make notes.
